*   Do you provide airport pick-up?
Yes, we will arrange transportation from Sky Harbor International Airport. Be sure to notify your delivery coordinator if you require such arrangements.


*   How do I pay?
We accept a variety of payment options. The first step is to place a deposit (typically credit card over the phone) on the vehicle you are interested in. This holds the vehicle for 7 days until payment in full is required and restricts the sale of the vehicle to any other parties. All sales are contingent on the inspection of the buyer. If on arrival you feel the vehicle is not as described, we will refund your deposit in full. $250.00 deposits can be made by way of:

*   What if I get there and hate the car?
Having sold over 2000 cars online we feel pretty confident in our ability to describe a vehicle, but in the event the vehicle is different then described are monies paid are fully refundable...no questions asked up to day 17.


*   How do I get the vehicle?

our facility must be made during normal business hours. We are also a full service shipping broker and can have your vehicle shipped to your door at a fraction of the cost of our competitors,

*   Where do these cars come from?
Most of our vehicles derive from various high quality Arizona Dealerships. Most are dealer trade-ins. We provide a medium for dealerships to offer these vehicles to the public, rather then dealing with the typical dealer-to-dealer auctions.


*   Do you finance?
Yes we do offer financing to Arizona buyers through Chase Custom Finance (J.P. Morgan Chase) Apply For Financing Online or call one of our representatives at 480-894-2886 for more information. We are unable to offer financing  for out-of-state buyers at this time. For out-of-state buyers we recommend E-Loan


*   Do you accept trades?
Yes we do accept trades from local customers only. We are unable to accept trades for out-of-state vehicles at this time.


*   Title and Registration?
At the completion of the sale, the title is requested from the dealer from which the vehicle derived. When received, it is then mailed to the buyers mailing address. Although most titles arrive within 10-14 days, please allow up to 45 days for receipt of title.

Local buyers with have to pay for plates and registration of the purchased vehicle at the time of sale.

All out of state purchasers are provided a Vehicle Buyers Order, a Temporary Plate, and a Temporary Registration to allow immediate use and/or transport of the purchased vehicle.

All buyers must pay a $299.00 documentation fee.


*   Do I have to pay sales Tax?

Arizona buyers must pay 9.3% sales tax. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 42-5061(U), Out of state buyers whom pick there vehicle up from our location may have to pay sales tax according to their home states tax rate. Out of state buyers whom elect to ship their vehicle out of Arizona are NOT required to pay sales tax to Arizona. All customers will receive a voucher showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state. Licensed dealers are not required to pay sales tax. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding sales tax.

Out of state buyers whom elect to ship their vehicle out of Arizona

*   Do I have to be a dealer?
No, we are open to the public.

We are located in the city of Tempe bordering Phoenix, Arizona and right next to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

*   Do you offer warranties?
While we do our best to inspect each vehicle we list for online liquidation. These are used vehicles and some things can go undiagnosed. In order to insure quality performance of your new DirectByNet vehicle you might want to consider an extended warranty.

*   Vehicle Inspections
While we do our best to test drive and pre-diagnose any potential problems for all cars we schedule for online liquidation, these are pre-reconditioned used vehicles. Some people feel better buying a car site unseen, if they have the opinion of a third party. We understand this and welcome pre-purchase on-site inspections of any of our vehicles from professional companies, prior to concluding the sale. *   How long to pick-up?
All vehicles must be paid in full within 5 days picked-up within 17 days unless another agreement has been made.  Vehicles left over 7 days without a visual inspection of the buyer will result in a $250 charge for relistment.
